Princess Peanut is the smallest in her litter and the spunkiest. If you're going to be little, you gotta be tough! And she is going to be very, very little. Based on her weight of just one pound flat at 4 weeks, the weight chart says she will be about 4.5lbs! We know that it isn't an exact science and it's tough to say early on, so we like to estimate a range to be safe and would confidently predict her to be 4.5-7.5lbs.
We named her Princess Peanut for two reasons. She's just a wee little thing so Peanut seemed almost perfect on its own! But she also has a little white on her chin and chest. This is highly reminiscent of her English Toy Spaniel ancestors who were the beloved pets of the British kings just a few centuries ago. She wears it proudly as part of her heritage because she is, indeed, a perfect little princess.
