Marshmallow is the smallest in her litter with the biggest personality. She is spunky, talkative, and always ready to party. We've suspected for a while that we may have an extra teensy tiny teacup on our hands. At nine weeks she is holding steady at a predicted adult weight of just 3.5-6lbs. Her weight estimate will get more and more accurate as she gets older, Her current adoption fee takes into account the unknown when it comes to how much she may grow, However, if the lower number continues to hold steady, her adoption fee will increase to reflect that unless the price is locked in by a deposit.
The reddish discoloration on Marshmallow's face and front paws is from her wet food diet. Her pristine white fur doesn't stand a chance against the colors and minerals in her food - not the way she eats anyway (headfirst halfway into the bowl). We simply aren't going to risk her health by overbathing her in an effort to make her sparkly white for a photo op. We know our adoptive moms and dads will understand and be able to see how cute she is past her messy face.
