We are confident in the puppies we place. Each and every puppy that leaves our care is backed by our Two-Year Health Guarantee against pre-existing life threatening conditions.
Nature isn't perfect. In the rare event of discovering a condition that is both pre-existing and life-threatening, we are committed to making it right. After confirmation from a licensed veterinarian - and when you are ready - you may choose any available puppy, and we will credit up to the original adoption fee.
Other than the above, our puppies must be loved "as is" which means our guarantee doesn't extend to cover anything cosmetic. External factors such as protozoa (Giardia & Coccidia), parasites (Ticks, Fleas & Ear mites), as well as framework damage or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels), are also not covered once the puppy is no longer under our care and protection.
